VoxBox - Beta Testing!VoxBox is a completely voice controlled audio media player that runs on a standard Windows Vista or Windows 7 PC. VoxBox has a jukebox function that creates a catalog of available locally stored MP3 and WMA music files that can be searched and retrieved using voice commands. VoxBox also has support for Pandora(tm) Radio using all voice commands.

EchoNav(tm) - The EchoNav(tm) device uses a patent-pending novel approach to range and direction detection to aid the sight impaired.
EchoNav(tm) uses readily available MP3 Sunglasses that have ear buds, battery and controls built into the arms of the glasses. EchoNav(tm) adds an unobtrusive sonar device along with a digital compass and accelerometer to give real-time audible feedback to the wearer. The feedback is done by using the streaming audio capability of the MP3 player where tones and ticks are injected into the audio stream. The tones give the compass coordinates and the sonar is returned in ticks much like a Geiger counter. The closer you approach an object the faster the rate of ticks. The entire solution is contained within the glasses with out the need for external batteries or cables. The solution also includes a Bluetooth receiver for add-on functions in future versions.
